Researchers from Belfast glory in today that men who imbibe Viagra when they are hoping to start a relations could be affecting their fertility.
A club at the Turn on of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Queen’s University Belfast set up shown that while Viagra enhances sperm motility it also seems to dispatch up the ‘acrosome reaction’, which normally occurs on the other hand when the sperm reaches the egg.
The acrosome counterbalance enables the sperm to fertilise the egg. It releases digestive enzymes that burglarize down the egg’s sheltering outer layer, allowing the sperm to get to more unquestionably.
Forty-five samples of semen were split, half treated with Viagra and half were occupied as oversight, it was themselves that up to 79% more sperm were fully ‘reacted’ in the Viagra samples.
